2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via PayPal and EFT. For South African clients, lay-by options are also available (20% deposit and up to 6 months to pay) and 50% production deposit for all machines above $3000 for both local and international orders.

3. Do you offer lay-by or installment plans?

Yes! We offer a flexible lay-by option with just a 20% deposit and up to 6 months to complete payment. Your order will be processed once full payment is received or 50% Deposit for production to start, remaining balance payable before item is shipped out.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on location and type of machine ordered, but international orders are usually delivered within 7–22 working days.

5. Are your machines certified?

Yes, our equipment is, ISO, FDA, ROHS, CE-certified and compliant with international quality standards. Certain medical devices are also SAHPRA-approved.

6. What if I need help after I purchase?

Yes, we provide free training videos, full user manuals with each device and online live one on one training for select machines, please see product description on each machine if online training is offered. We also offer aftersales support for any questions you may have.

Yes, all our devices come with a 1to 2 year warranty for peace of mind. Extended support is available on selected machines.
