1. Minimum Deposit
To initiate a layby, a minimum deposit of 20–30% of the total product price is required. This deposit secures your product and allows us to reserve it exclusively for you.
2. Installment Terms
You can complete your payments through monthly installments over 3–6 months, depending on the product and agreement. Payments can be made via bank transfer, EFT, or other approved methods.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your layby, please notify us in writing.
- Admin Fee: A small administrative fee will be deducted from any refund to cover processing costs.
- Refunds: Refunds of paid amounts (minus the admin fee) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Collection or Shipping
Once the final payment has been received, your product will be available for collection or shipment, based on your chosen delivery method. Shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
