Layby Policy

At Sinako Medical, we offer a convenient Layby (Lay-by) option to help you secure your desired products while paying in manageable installments. Please read the terms carefully to understand how our layby system works.

1. Minimum Deposit

To initiate a layby, a minimum deposit of 20–30% of the total product price is required. This deposit secures your product and allows us to reserve it exclusively for you.

2. Installment Terms

You can complete your payments through monthly installments over 3–6 months, depending on the product and agreement. Payments can be made via bank transfer, EFT, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your layby, please notify us in writing.
  • Admin Fee: A small administrative fee will be deducted from any refund to cover processing costs.
  • Refunds: Refunds of paid amounts (minus the admin fee) will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. Collection or Shipping

Once the final payment has been received, your product will be available for collection or shipment, based on your chosen delivery method. Shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Can I change the product on my layby?
A: Changes can be made only if the new product is of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be settled immediately.

Q: What happens if I miss a monthly installment?
A: Please contact us immediately. Late payments may result in cancellation of the layby and forfeiture of the deposit or paid installments, depending on the circumstances.

Q: How do I know when my layby is complete?
A: We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once your final payment has been received, after which your product is ready for collection or shipping.

Q: Are layby payments refundable?
A: Yes, refunds are possible minus a small administrative fee, provided the layby is cancelled before final collection/shipment.
