Yes. All Sinako Medical laser and aesthetic machines include a 2-3 year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and core parts.

Yes. All our machines are sourced from vetted manufacturers and carry Medical CE, ROHS, MDSAP, FDA, ISO, and MDL certifications.
These certifications guarantee safety, quality, and compliance with international medical device standards.
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the product type and stock availability.
- Ready to ship products: 3–7 working days
- Pre-order or custom orders: 2–4 weeks (depending on model and shipping route)

Our team is also available for virtual setup assistance if needed. Online training with certification for laser machines and Hifu machines.
