At Sinako Medical, we are committed to providing high-quality medical and aesthetic equipment. This policy explains when and how products may be returned or refund
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.
2. Return Window
Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery for:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Change of mind / unsuitable purchase (non-defective products)
The return period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be in original packaging
- Be unused and uninstalled (unless defective)
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Be returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
For defective or damaged items, photos or videos showing the issue are required.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Products:
Sinako Medical will cover return shipping costs once the issue has been verified. - Non-Defective / Change of Mind Returns:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Restocking Fee (Non-Defective Returns)
For products returned due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or other non-defective reasons, a restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and administrative costs.
No restocking fee applies to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item supplied
7. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Any price difference will be invoiced or refunded accordingly.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with
- Customized or special-order equipment
- Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
- Products returned outside the 30-day return window

1. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns for non-defective products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

2. What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return, repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.

4. Who pays for return shipping?

Once your returned product is inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp about the approval status and next steps for your refund or exchange.
